The form collects your name, company, email, phone number, enquiry subject and message. All these fields are required. Required fields must be completed to submit the form; you can also contact us by phone.

We use this information to answer and follow up on your enquiry. Processing is based on steps taken before entering a contract when you request a service, and on our legitimate interest in responding to other business enquiries. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.

Your message is sent to Bifrost Solutions IT by email. Access is limited to those handling your enquiry and the technical providers required to host the website and deliver the message. The website does not keep a copy in a database.

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to assess your enquiry, reply and provide the agreed follow-up. If a service is commissioned, information needed for the contract and legal obligations is retained for the periods applicable to that relationship.

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and exercise rights to object and data portability where the legal conditions apply. This page uses no advertising or analytics tools. Images and fonts are hosted with the website. External links contact their destinations only when you open them.

Cookies and abuse prevention. The bifrost_contact cookie is created when you start using the form. It secures your enquiry and is not used for advertising tracking. It is a session cookie, normally deleted when the browser closes; the form token expires after 30 minutes. Technical IP hashes and request times limit repeated submissions. These files contain no contact details or messages and become eligible for cleanup after two hours of inactivity, during subsequent requests. Hosting logs may also contain your IP address for service operation and security.
